Location: Oregon, Salem,None,None Bonaventure Senior Living is seeking a motivated and results driven individual to join our team as a Sales Leader. The Sales Leader is directly accountable for achieving and sustaining occupancy goals, including 100% occupancy, across assigned communities in Oregon and Washington. This role leads inbound and outbound lead activity, oversees accurate forecasting, and ensures consistent execution of training, marketing initiatives, and outreach plans to support sustained census growth. The Sales Leader directly engages with at least 50% of all qualified traffic, ensuring no viable prospect goes unmanaged, while executing a high-conversion sales process that consistently achieves 75%+ phone-to-tour conversion and a minimum 35% lead-to-deposit conversion through solution-based tours and confident closing. This role partners closely with community leadership to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy goals, providing training and coaching to drive census development and future move-ins.
