Accountable for achieving company objectives, productivity standards and cost control goals. Coordinate all activities including picking and shipping, receiving and put away, inventory control, cycle-counting, value-added services, and ensure customer requirements are met. Shorr Packaging does not provide work authorization sponsorship for this position. - Train, develop and lead hourly employees to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation - Maintain strong adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements.
