This is the role: As a LEAN (Continuous Improvement) Coach , your main objective is to optimise workflows, increase operational efficiency and reduce waste and costs . You will coach managers and teams, facilitate improvement workshops and build a strong culture of continuous improvement across the plant. Key responsibilities: Coach managers and teams on Lean principles and continuous improvement practices. Facilitate improvement workshops (e.g., Kaizen events ) and support implementation of action plans. Train employees on Lean tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, PDCA , standard work and problem‑solving methods. Lead root cause analysis and structured problem solving for recurring/chronic issues.
