If so, Millennium Insurance is looking to add a Claims Adjuster – Accident Benefit to join their dynamic team! Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently evaluating and processing Section B claims. What you will be doing: What you bring to the team - Conduct thorough investigations of accident benefit claims, including obtaining statements, conducting interviews and gathering necessary documentation for evaluation. - Review policy coverage and determine the extent of liability. - Maintain accurate and detailed claim files, documentation, and reports in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards. - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, providing status updates, and addressing concerns from claimants, policyholders, and other stakeholders. - Stay up to date with industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in Section B claims management. - Minimum of three (3) years of accident benefit claims handling experience. - Post-secondary education and/or CIP designation are considered a...
