Humboldt Co-op hiring a Full-Time Meat Cutter for our Meat department at our Food Store in Lanigan, SK. What you’ll do: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here." This will be achieved by: - Effective ordering, receiving, inspections, storage, and preparation and handling of meats and/or fish and seafood and supplies. - Maintaining and ensure compliance with Humboldt co-op standards and government food and sanitation health and safety standards. - General housekeeping duties to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, and clean, including sharpening equipment and monitoring refrigeration temperature within all food safety standards and guidelines. - Be responsible for providing information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers. - Other duties as assigned.
