The Category Business Leader (BCL) – Shaving is fully accountable for the end-to-end value creation and commercial success of the Shaving category within Grooming & Beauty. This role owns category strategy, P&L performance, innovation excellence, portfolio and pricing strategy, and the total consumer and shopper experience across regions and channels.
