Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a process-focused manufacturing engineer with a strong interest in continuous improvement and a passion for manufacturing to support our cooling equipment manufacturing team and support new product introductions. This individual must be a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a strong mechanical aptitude. This role is based at our Billerica MA facility. You will be a member of a customer-focused, cross-functional manufacturing team interfacing with manufacturing personnel, manufacturing supervision, planning, purchasing, engineering and quality. In this role, you will promote a culture of lean manufacturing with an emphasis on eliminating waste in processes. This position will report to the Systems Manufacturing Engineering Manager as part of the Operations team. In this highly visible position in our Manufacturing Engineering department you will: Serve as first point of contact for technical issues at the shop floor level.
