Job Title Technical Support Specialist (Temporary Contract) Job Description: Technical Support Specialist: You will be act as subject matter expert providing support and working on the resolution of escalated cases in Radiology Informatics systems (RIS - PACS) in Europe. Your role: - You will work with high innovative software solutions in Radiology Informatics , resolving technical barriers that are critical to improving diagnosis of patients and saving people lives. Your will m ake the most of your technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot informatics solutions at any level (HW, SW, Database, Network) - In this highly collaborative and customer oriented role, you will work directly with our customers in Europe in solving technical issues based on escalated cases, collaborating with all our Customer Service organization and working with R&D teams to improve solutions. - This role offers you the opportunity to be part of one of the highest competent European Customer Service teams, responsible for Europe HCIS ( Healthcare Information Solutions ) Incident and Problem Management, based in our Informatics Hub in Genoa.
