Role Summary/Purpose: The AVP, Health & Wellness Consumer Acquisitions will own the analytics strategy that powers cardholder account growth and loyalty engagement. This role will partner closely with the Health & Wellness Direct to Consumer Marketing and Provider Office Channel teams by providing analytic strategy recommendations, acquisition audience and offer targeting, insights on performance, KPI design and measurement, and creating test & learn strategies to measure investment returns. E ssential Responsibilities: Create extensive analysis of acquisitions and activation performance trends, provide insightful business performance reporting, and make recommendations. Acquisitions offer creation and targeting audience recommendations. Provide actionable insights into audience targeting to maximize acquisitions and cardholder profitability.
