Field Service Technician - Permian

Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP systems. - Ensure job quality through adherence to procedures and safety standards. - Accurately complete field service documentation and job reports. - Communicate effectively with field leadership and customers. - Maintain all company-issued equipment and tools. - Follow all NOV HSE and operational policies. FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate activities on-site with supervisors and engineers. - Report job site incidents, near misses, and abnormal conditions. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in safety meetings. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - 2+ years of experience with ESP systems preferred. - Technical/vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
