Responsibilities: Serve as an enterprise owner for assigned Talent Management programs, including skill-based career pathing, job matching, curated learning, mentoring initiatives and rotation programs. Design, implement, and continuously improve TM programs aligned to enterprise talent mobility priorities and workforce needs. Independently translate talent strategy into scalable program structures, frameworks, timelines, and deliverables. Establish program standards, operating models, and success measures to ensure consistency across the organization.
