Job description
The School of Business and Economics (SBE) at Brandeis University seeks instructors to teach a four credit course in Strategy and Innovation in AY 26/27. These courses are part of the graduate curriculum (MBA and specialized master’s programs) and may include topics such as: Courses are designed to provide students with rigorous frameworks and practical tools to analyze competitive environments, formulate strategy, and understand how firms create and sustain competitive advantage in dynamic markets. All courses are taught using case-based and/or experiential learning methods (including case discussions, simulations, and applied projects), and emphasize active student participation. Course assignments and scheduling will depend on program needs and instructor expertise. Candidates should have a minimum qualification of a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in strategy, management, economics, sociology, or a related field, along with relevant professional and/or teaching experience.
