This leadership role is responsible for guiding Westland’s commercial marketing and placement strategy across Canada, strengthening insurer relationships, and ensuring consistent best practices for complex commercial submissions and negotiations. Working closely with Account Executives, regional leadership teams, and insurer partners, you will support complex and high-value placements, provide strategic direction on market engagement, and ensure Westland continues to deliver competitive, client-focused insurance solutions. This is a rare opportunity for a highly skilled Insurance Professional based in either our BC Head Office, or Toronto. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $112,000 to $140,000 based on a 35-hour work week.
