STARTING RATE: $20.00: MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: State of Nevada Gaming Permit. Must attend training and pass the Title 31 test prior to the first shift. Must comply with Title 31 requirements in addition to annual training and testing. JOB SUMMARY: The Surveillance Agent shall observe the activities of guests and team members on property via a closed-circuit television system for criminal activity and/or violations of State Regulations, Internal Controls, Company Policies & Procedures, and report suspicious or inappropriate behavior accordingly. The Surveillance Agent shall demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of Surveillance and Casino operations. Surveillance Agents will be required to complete all core training requirements in a timely manner. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Basic knowledge in Casino Operations is preferred but not required. Must be mentally strong and able to cope with many challenges. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate in English effectively, both written and verbal.
