Main function: Full responsibility for the end-to-end execution of the project funded by the European Commission (CEF-DIG-2024-GATEWAYS), ensuring technical, financial, contractual, and regulatory compliance through to the commissioning and operational entry of the teleport, SOC, and NOC. Tasks to be performed: Contract Management and Relationship with the European Commission - Interface with the European Commission and management of the Grant Agreement - Coordination of technical and financial reporting (pre-financing, periodic reports, cost justification) - Control of cost eligibility and compliance with obligations (audits, CFS, EU visibility requirements) Project Management: - Planning and control of the overall schedule (WP1–WP8) - Coordination of engineering, permitting, civil works, procurement, and systems integration - Management of identified critical risks (permitting, procurement, technical complexity, cybersecurity) - Budget control by Work Pa...
