SWBC is seeking a talented individual to lead the efforts of sales for the SWBC PEO division. Lead the sales team in establishing and growing SWBC PEO’s market presence in the Texas markets through consultative presentations, RFP development and responses. As an SWBC Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team to form strong business relationships with business owners and decision makers that have a passion for what they do and a love for the community we share. Essential duties include the following: - Directs sales activities and staff through effective coaching, supporting, and strategically participating in all stages of the sales process. Provide clear direction and regular feedback.
