Job Overview As ASML continues to grow, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality customer operations across regions is of utmost importance. The Financial Services Specialist – Customer Operations (US) plays a pivotal role in supporting the U.S. Customer Operations team within ASML Business Services (ABS). This specialist is responsible for overseeing U.S. Accounts Receivable, acts as a key partner to Sales, Operations, Customer Support and Finance and is instrumental in driving operational excellence, process standardization, and strategic alignment within the United States. Ultimately, the Accounts Receivable function ensures timely revenue recognition, supports cash flow stability and contributes directly to the overall financial performance of the business. Additionally, the role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies with both internal teams and external customers, which involves drafting corporate policies and procedures while taking into consideration regional and cultural differences.
