Join Our Team of Disability Support Workers in Burpengary QLD! We’re looking for caring, dependable people who want to make a genuine difference. In this role, you’ll support our client with Schizoaffective Disorder (hallucinations, paranoid ideations, significant social withdrawal, suicidal behaviours, deliberate self-harm, substance misuse) with daily tasks, community activities, and personal goals. Daily Responsibilities: - Deliver person-centred support aligned with each participant’s NDIS goals - Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and household tasks - Implement Behaviour Support Plans and follow all NDIS practice standards - Provide calm, consistent support during periods of elevated energy or distress - Support community participation, transport, appointments, and skill-building activities - Maintain accurate progress notes, incident reports, and shift documentation - Encourage independence, emotional regulation, and goal achievement Qualifications & Requirements: If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality NDIS support and want to create meaningful outcomes for participants, we’d love to hear from you. - Certificate III or IV in Individu...
