Job Description: *Candidates currently serving as a Permanent Administrative Space Analyst shall apply; however, other comparable titles can be considered. Please indicate your permanent civil service title in your cover letter.* The Chief of Facilities is a valuable member of the Administration Division, who is responsible for providing a broad range of maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and technical support. This includes evaluating the feasibility of proposed repair and rehabilitation projects involving very large capital expenditures, estimating project costs, preparing and evaluating highly technical and complex scopes of work and contract specifications and preparing program standards; or performs assignments equivalent to those described. Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief of Administration, the Chief of Facilities essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: - The Chief will be responsible for the overall condition and improvements of the agency's facilities and have oversight responsibility to ensure the various sites receive services from the landlord as specified in our leases.
