Title: Principal, Operations, Market Presence A senior contract leader responsible for designing, scaling, and operationalising a global Market Presence Centre of Excellence across planning, tooling, processes, and governance. Role Overview The Principal, Operations, Market Presence CoE is a senior contract leader responsible for establishing the operating foundation, workflows, and change management required to scale a centralised Market Presence capability. This role designs, documents, and operationalises how the Market Presence CoE works internally and how it partners with Business Units (BUs), centres of excellence, campaign teams, and external vendors to plan and execute events across multiple tiers. The successful candidate will bring structure, clarity, and consistency across planning, intake, execution, tooling, metrics, and financial governance, while driving adoption through practical change management, training, and communications.
