Hiring: SD-WAN Technical Architect / Engineering Lead Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Onsite) Contract Duration: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an experienced SD-WAN Technical Architect / Engineering Lead to drive the architectural vision and engineering execution of a global Cisco SD-WAN environment. This is a high-impact technical leadership role focused on transforming legacy routing environments into modern, scalable, software-defined WAN solutions. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design scalable Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) solutions for global enterprise environments Lead the deployment and engineering of SD-WAN controllers including vManage, vBond, and vSmart Oversee implementation of edge devices such as vEdge and cEdge routers Drive Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for advanced SD-WAN capabilities and emerging technologies Lead SD-WAN migration and modernization projects from design through production rollout Optimize SD-WAN fabric performance, resiliency, security, and low-latency connectivity Define governance standards, centralized/localized policies, and configuration templates Architect automation frameworks using Python, REST APIs, Terraform, and Ansible...
