This role blends benefits operations, UKG Pro HRIS ownership, employee relations partnership, and workforce data strategy to improve the employee experience, strengthen compliance, and support operational leaders across a multi-site behavioral healthcare organization. The ideal candidate operates comfortably at both the strategic and operational level —owning systems and compliance while advising leaders and driving continuous improvement.
