JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for painting, wallpapering, installing drywall and general maintenance KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: · Daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint and furniture. Touch-up hotel, casino, back of house, restaurants and throughout facility. · Repainting of curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs throughout facility. · Maintain all finishes throughout hotel, casino, back of house and restaurants. · Repair and repaint exterior structure and doors. · Assist in all special projects. · Ability to use airless spraying equipment. · Ability to mix and match colors. · Handling and disposal of all hazardous waste associated with shop. · Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions. · Able to be alert in a high-risk environment. · Follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation anddata; carefully monitor gauges, instruments, or processes; concentrate onroutine work details and organize and maintain a system of records.
