The Role: Join the People and Culture team for the annual harvest recruitment intake, providing efficient and friendly assistance to our harvest candidates and Operations team on a casual basis. Our harvest intake commences in July and runs through to October when the season commences. Responsibilities include: Training will be provided to the successful candidates. - Acting as the first point of contact for candidates, including answering queries via email and on the phone. - Screening candidates as per our internal processes, including operating the system and liaising with stakeholders. - Keeping up to date employee records for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Assisting the...
