DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform daily cage checks and weekly cage changes. Monitor animal health and report animal health concerns. Perform general sanitation on equipment, rooms, and facilities. Transport materials, supplies, and waste. Assist with surgical staple removal and study randomization. Record data within room logs and the laboratory information management system. Read, understand, and adhere to study protocols. Perform general preparation and organizational activities, including supply organization and stocking, and laboratory organization. Work weekends and holidays on rotating basis.
