Job description

Electrification Analysts at Tri-State work to develop, promote, implement, and analyze new and existing energy efficiency and electrification programs for a variety of customer classes. Residential consumers have some of the highest energy burden in their respective states, providing an opportunity to make a substantial impact. Through your daily exchanges with Tri-State members, contractors, and internal teams, your focus will be on increasing adoption of energy-saving and electrification measures which help lower the overall utility costs for individual consumers and provide value to Tri-State’s member owners. Additionally, participate in external facing discussions, events, or industry meetings on available programs and emerging programs or technology. This position will focus on development and implementation of financing programs for energy efficiency and electrification measures, specifically on-bill repayment (OBR) for residential, agriculture, and small business end-consumers.
