We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to join our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for prospective Medicare beneficiaries who call or inquire about our services. The Client Services Manager is responsible for handling inbound calls, qualifying leads, answering high-level Medicare questions, and transferring qualified prospects to licensed Medicare agents for enrollment support.
