We currently have an opportunity for a Manager - Quality and Performance to join our Health & Education team at Bendigo Hospital and play a key role by supporting and deputising for the Senior Manager – Quality & Performance, helping to deliver end to end quality assurance, contract compliance, performance management and continuous improvement outcomes for the PPP contract. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Quality & Performance, you'll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Take accountability for day‑to‑day governance of quality systems, audits, KPI validation, abatement risk management and reporting accuracy across all service lines. - Implement and continuously improve the Performance Monitoring Program.
