Join us as an Chartered Monitoring Surveyor - This is an opportunity to take on an influential role in our Real Estate Finance business - You’ll be reviewing lending opportunities and providing input to transaction due diligence, working within the team's specific terms of engagement - You’ll be exposed to a broad range of stakeholders, giving you and your work excellent exposure What you'll do: As part of a specialist team, you’ll be providing market intelligence to help inform business strategies and lending decisions. With your specialist property knowledge, you’ll be undertaking and supporting real estate finance activities, providing comprehensive and relevant analysis of key risks and issues, and assisting with independent desktop revaluations.
