About the Role: We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) who will play a key role in supporting the Plant Manager in Belsk Duży (PL) in driving governance, coordination, and strategic planning across the site. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and monitoring of the Plant Master Plan, and coordinating major cross‑functional initiatives. As PMO, you will manage people, promote a collaborative working environment, and support talent development in line with our values and organizational strategies.
