Who are we? At Finastra, we’re a global leader in financial services software, dedicated to expanding access to financial services and shaping what’s next for the industry. Our technology powers mission‑critical solutions across Lending, Payments and Universal Banking, supporting over 7,000 customers, including 80% of the world’s top 50 banks, in more than 110 countries. As the Sales Training & Enablement Lead, you will design and run a structured new‑joiner Sales onboarding programme / bootcamp, ensuring new Sales hires reach productivity quickly and consistently. This includes refreshing and modernising existing onboarding materials and recorded sessions. You will also plan and deliver ad‑hoc learning and enablement sessions, such as Sales Insight Briefings, to address emerging needs including new product launches, regulatory changes, competitive positioning, or priority deal support. These sessions may involve internal subject‑matter experts or, where relevant, external speakers. A core part of the role is ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across presentations, playbooks, battlecards, and training assets.
