Job description

Responsibilities Director of Home Health Care is responsible for direction of patient care in the operative environment. Oversees the entire operation of the agency and is responsible for reporting to the Board of Trustees. Responsibility includes ensuring quality and safe delivery of home health care services. The Director coordinates provision of home health care services that reflect the agency philosophy and standards of care. Agency services, programs and activities are planned, developed, implemented, and evaluated. Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING: 1. Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse. 2. Minimum of three years’ experience as a Home Health RN required. 3. Current knowledge of regulatory standards for home health agencies. 4. Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience in Home Health required. 5. Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. 6. Current BLS.
