TITLE: Food Runner LAST UPDATED: May 18, 2022 DIVISION: Guest Services DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage REPORTS TO: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt COMP LEVEL: 4 ________________________________________________________________ Summary: Delivers food to tables and prepares the food line and maintains clean food service in areas in the restaurants. The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by this position. Employee(s) may be required to perform position-related tasks other than those specifically listed in this description. Essential Job Functions: - Delivers food to tables/bar. - Monitors the quality and presentation of the product being produced out of the kitchen. - Replenishes garnish items and communicates with the Sous Chef when food items are low. - Carries dirty dishes to the dishwashing area. - Replenishes/orders supply of napkins, silverware, dishes, and to-go containers; maintains condiment area. - Maintains sanitation including serving trays, counters, floor, walls, sink, carts, and beverage service units. - Assists waitstaff/bartenders as needed by, filling c...
