Responsibilities include managing the location's operations while implementing appropriate Cintas policies and procedures; hiring, training and developing the team; managing the overall performance of the operation; providing leadership; dealing with customer service and operational issues; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving location goals; managing a budget; establishing immediate and long-range goals and objectives; training team members on company safety policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations and emphasizing a culture of safety. Skills/Qualifications: Required: Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
