About the role Mater Mothers’ Hospital is seeking a dedicated Quality and Safety Associate to join our team in a permanent, full-time role commencing on 29/06/2026 , based at our South Brisbane campus . As a Quality and Safety Associate, you will work closely with the Hospital Quality and Safety Manager and collaborate with clinical department managers to support Quality and Clinical Safety initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and driving continuous improvement across the hospital and its services. Salary: $107,500-$115,161.05 per annum (registered nurses and midwives will be covered by the Enterprise Agreement - RN/RM2) plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
