Human Resource Project Manager

Job description

The Human Resource Project Manager leads and delivers human resources projects from initiation through closeout. This role partners with HR and business stakeholders to define scope and success criteria, build and maintain project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, manage risks and change, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope and quality standards. - Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. - Develop integrated project plans (work breakdown structure, schedule, milestones, resource plan, communications plan) for small to medium initiatives. - Facilitate project governance, including status reporting, decision tracking, and escalation of issues and risks. - Coordinate and lead project meetings; document actions, owners, and due dates. - Identify, secure, and coordinate project resources (employees and/or contractors) in partnership with functional leaders. - Manage project dependencies and critical path; proactively address schedule or scope impacts. - Monitor progress against plan; maintain RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions) and mitigation plans. - Manage ch...
