Reports to: Enrichment Coordinator, Director of Strategic Programs About the Role: The Afterschool Enrichment Student Worker supports the Enrichment Coordinator and Director of Strategic Programs by assisting with the day-to-day management of afterschool enrichment programs. This is a temporary, part-time opportunity for students who enjoy working with children in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Schedule : Temporary, Monday–Friday, 3:45 p.m.–4:45 p.m. Primary Responsibilities: - Assist with planning and facilitating daily enrichment activities. - Support carpool drop-off and pick-up. - Participate in enrichment activities and assigned duties. - Enforce program rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. - Help maintain facilities and equipment, keeping areas clean and organized. - Assist in other areas as needed. - Supervise students during field trips, ensuring safe and positive participation. - Oversee and, when necessary, participate in pool supervision during swimming activities.
