The energy transition needs you as Functional IGA Specialist As a Functional IGA Specialist, you will help improve and future-proof Alliander’s authorisation model. You analyse role structures, identify risks and inconsistencies, and translate complex IAM insights into practical improvements that role owners can understand and apply. In this way, you help ensure that employees always have the right access rights: not too many, not too few. Your role will involve: Analysing the current authorisation model and identifying improvement opportunities based on risks, duplication, inconsistencies and organisat ional change. Translating your findings into concrete improvement proposals for role owners and other stakeholders, balancing risk, usability and manageability. Engaging with role owners, product teams and security to explain choices, support decision- making and build alignment. Implementing improvements in roles, assignments, group structures and underlying logic, while monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.
