Job Overview: The Merchandising Associate, also known as a Vendor Paid Merchandiser, drives sales and execution of strategic merchandising initiatives within the store. By suggesting vendor products and maintaining high merchandising standards, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will also identify and give feedback on what is working, what isn’t, and how to address slow-selling areas.
