What will you do?: A day in the life of a Senior Manager, ESG Reporting at VF looks a little like this. You will lead VF’s E&SR reporting strategy across voluntary and regulated disclosures. In this role, you’ll manage a team that collects and validates ESG data, produces external reports and survey submissions, and builds scalable processes to meet emerging regulatory requirements (including the E.U. Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)). You’ll collaborate closely with partners across Legal, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and our brands to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned to leading standards.
