Rate of Pay : £425.65- £572.42 per day Summary: The Temporary Accommodation Reduction Specialist will play a leading role within Thurrock Council's Housing Solutions Transformation Programme, focusing on reducing the number of households living in Temporary Accommodation (TA). The post holder will lead strategic initiatives and operational activity designed to minimise reliance on TA by securing sustainable move-on solutions through the Private Rented Sector (PRS), social housing pathways, and innovative accommodation options. Working within the Homelessness Team, the role will provide leadership, service improvement, and partnership coordination to improve resident outcomes, reduce financial pressures associated with TA, and support the wider homelessness prevention agenda.
