Senior Scheduler II SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler II with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Senior Scheduling Engineer will provide oversight of all planning and scheduling activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and coordinate site teams and trade partners in developing project schedules using CPM scheduling programs Support group leadership by monitoring and updating project schedules on multiple or larger projects Explore mitigation options and assist site management in formulating mitigation plans for scheduling problems Lead or instruct less experienced individuals in planning and scheduling concepts Collaborate with Business Development on proposals, leading project pursuit strategy regarding schedules Participate in corporate planning and scheduling improvement initiatives and best practice sharing Build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels Perform other duties as assigned: QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Construc...
