Please note that for this role a C2 proficiency in German, Italian or French is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin or Augsburg. What You’ll Do: Vertical Owner (Heat Pumps or Installation or other product parts): You will relentlessly improve the product experience by working with customers to identify bottlenecks, refine the fit, and personally onboard them into a world-class workflow. Onboard customers : Act as a trusted product expert and business partner, empower them to implement Reonic and your vertical in the most efficient way. Drive Revenue & NRR: Move the needle. Identify expansion opportunities, prevent churn, and ensure Reonic is indispensable to our customers. Partner cross-functionally : Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, drive usage, and identify market opportunities.
