POSITION SUMMARY: The Trim and Finish position has the responsibility to work safely, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product in the time allocated. The Trim and Finish position transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Performs Standard Work and any Supervisor/Lead requests - Follows all Safety Procedures - Performs finishing operations on parts to produce a finished product. - Identifies and reports any scrapped product. - Packages and skids finished product. - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED - Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: - Ability to read and write. - Basic computer skills - Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
