Join Axpo Services AG as an Intern in Learning & Development and help shape the future of learning in an international environment. What you will do: Support the creation, maintenance, and administration of learning offerings in Axpo’s Learning Management System (Cornerstone), with a focus on leadership training programs for Bulgaria. Assist with the technical setup, testing, and quality assurance of training and learning journeys in the LMS. Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning formats, processes, and user experience. Maintain documentation and support reporting and basic analyses related to learning activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, subject-matter experts, and international colleagues. What you bring & who you are: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, HR, psychology, education, communication, or a comparable field. First experience working with Learning Management Systems (ideally Cornerstone or a comparable LMS). Strong interest in digital learning, e-learning solutions, and leadership development. I...
