The Remote Update (OTA) Team enables reliable delivery of software and configuration updates to vehicles. We own the end‑to‑end OTA landscape that allows vehicle software, features, and regulatory updates to be deployed safely and efficiently throughout the vehicle lifecycle. Our focus is on ensuring that OTA updates can be prepared, delivered, and rolled out with high quality and reliability. By providing robust OTA services and clearly defined delivery standards, we enable continuous vehicle improvement while minimizing risk, downtime, and impact on the customer experience.
