Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Director, Accounts Payable to join our Accounts Payable Department! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN. Has system-wide responsibility for Accounts Payable functions, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure timely and accurate recording of expenses and payment of vendor invoices in accordance with established policies and procedures, with a focus on customer service and continuous improvement. Leads and develops the Accounts Payable team; oversees travel and expense processing; ensures vendor master data integrity and 1099 compliance; partners with Supply Chain, internal departments, and vendors to resolve issues; and collaborates with ERP stakeholders to maintain and enhance payables-related systems, controls, metrics, and reporting in support of efficient, best-practice processes.
