Yulista Holding LLC Regular: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Supervising Subcontract Administrators that require managing various complex government or commercial contracts such as CPFF, T&M, FFP from cradle to grave. The Subcontracts Manager conducts administration of government and commercial subcontracts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic oversight of the subcontract administration process, including the development and execution of subcontracting strategies that align with organizational objectives and project requirements. - Complex Negotiations: Lead high-level negotiations for complex subcontracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory requirements. Navigate challenging contractual issues with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. - Risk Management and Compliance Oversight: Identify and assess risks related to subcontractor performance and compliance.
