Work Schedule PRN Day/Evening Shift Role: 2 Weekend days every 4 weeks (16 hours total) minimum Weekday hours are as needed Additional weekend hours are as needed Hours during the week vary- 6:30am- 6pm Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required - Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required.
