Job Summary The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities by enforcing security policies, monitoring access control, and responding to incidents. This role requires vigilance, strong observational skills, and the ability to act quickly and professionally in security-related situations. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset while maintaining a proactive security presence. This position also performs other projects and activities necessary to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Security & Access Control: - Monitor and control access to facilities by verifying identification, credentials, and visitor logs. - Conduct security screenings, bag checks, and other access control procedures as required. - Enforce company security policies, procedures, and site-specific protocols. - Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems, for potential threats or unauthorized activities.
